The rooms are small but cosy, clean, tidy, and fully equipped, which works well if you're not planning to spend much time in the room. Prices are affordable. It's popular, so it's best to book ahead.

Everything was close by and the neighborhood was quiet, which we loved. The best part, though, was the staff. Even when I was booking, a very polite guy helped me, and when we arrived Dany welcomed us so warmly. The cleaning lady was kind and very polite too. My family and I loved the place. I'd recommend it to everyone and will be back soon.

The staff were good to us. When the shower wouldn't heat up, they came to fix it right away, and when it couldn't be sorted quickly, they moved us to another room, which was a bit better. The location is good, but the apartment is very run-down and everything looks old and dirty. One night would be okay, but I wouldn't stay longer. It needs an upgrade. New furniture and utensils would make it much nicer, nothing fancy, just new and comfortable.

I only have complaints. The rooms I rented had a very unusual smell, and I've had an allergic flare-up for four days because of it. There's a bar right next door with live music late into the night, but when I asked the studio staff beforehand, they told me that didn't happen. I messaged them to complain afterward and nobody replied.
