The flat worked really well for a short work stay. It’s in a handy spot, with shops and Shopping Recife nearby.

I won't be coming back. The staff were incredibly rude, ignoring guests and treating them badly. Management was awful too. The laundry machines would take your coins and then stop working, and the staff offered no help at all. Just a place full of people with no courtesy for others.

This place used to be good, but the current management is terrible. The elevators and washing machines are always out of order. When the leisure area is open, it’s dirty and packed with unfamiliar people since anyone can get in without any guest checks. There are also people renting out flats for hookups and bringing all kinds of people in.

Boa Viagem beach is just 1km away, and the location is great for getting around. Shopping Center Recife, which stays open until 10pm, Uninassau, a 24-hour convenience store at Posto Petrobrás, restaurants, snack bars, pharmacies, gyms, and supermarkets are all nearby. The building itself is modern, with a rooftop pool and party room. I recommend it for a work trip or a holiday.
