The location is excellent, and the doormen and housekeepers are great. But the new buildings out front have taken away the sea view. The current management didn't maintain the service elevator properly, so it can only handle two people, and they haven't fixed the sauna either. The laundry rooms are always breaking down.
The rooftop pool is wonderful, with a view of the sea. There's a supermarket, convenience store, and school nearby. The condominium includes housekeeping, and residents have a laundry room. It's an incredible place.
Great location, a clean building, and polite staff. But the entrance only has a glass door. They should add a gate or turnstile to improve residents' security.
Some apartments are really small, and the fight to get a time slot in the laundry room is crazy. On the other hand, the building staff are exceptionally polite, unlike the "residents".
What a great place, with a rooftop pool and a view of the sea at Boa Viagem. It's peaceful and secure.
