The place was so comfortable and tidy that I felt at home. Everything was clean, and the service was excellent. I can only say thank you.

The staff are attentive, but the hostel may only have been good at some point. Now it seems suitable only for an emergency stay. The rooms have very poor equipment, there's a lot of mold, and the cleaning is bad. The kitchen is impossible to use.

I booked two rooms for R$250, but the shower wasn't working. When I mentioned it to the manager, he simply told me to find another hotel at 1 a.m. He then banged on the door of my parents' room and told them to leave in the middle of the night. I don't recommend this place. If you can't handle a customer pointing out that something doesn't match what was advertised, close the business and work in another field.
