The location on Boa Viagem was the only positive for me. I would give this hotel zero if I could, and I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. I booked and paid in advance for an executive double room with a sea view for November 13 to 15, 2025. After more than 30 hours of travel, I arrived late on the 13th and was put in a tiny, run down room at the back, looking toward the rear of three or four other hotels or apartments. I was told there were no rooms available in the category I had confirmed. Exhausted, I accepted it for the night. The next morning I showed a supervisor my confirmation and was moved to the room I had booked. I had another stay booked and paid for in advance on November 22, 2025. The same supervisor was there. When I asked about the executive double room with a sea view, I was again told none were available, even after showing my confirmation. Since the night was already paid for, I stayed. It seems obvious to me that they resold my room on both occasions at a higher rate. Whatever you book and pay for, they may not provide the confirmed accommodation. I won’t stay here again.

The staff were welcoming and went out of their way to help. Breakfast had a generous selection and was delicious, and the ocean view bedroom really delivers. The location is great too. The downside is that sound carries between rooms, so noisy neighbors can make it hard to have a quiet stay.

The breakfast was excellent, and the sea view room is breathtaking, especially at sunrise.

Petrus was incredibly helpful, and we loved both the hotel and the area. We’ll definitely come back. (Obrigado) !!
