Staff communication was very good, in Portuguese, and the apartment itself was clean. The room gets cleaned every other day. There's a little shared kitchen with a freezer, microwave, and sink, though no fridge or cooktop. An on-site self-service shop can come in handy in a pinch. The room has no window, which gives it a bit of a prison feel. The place is on a very narrow street near some dangerous parts of Recife, and even our Uber driver seemed uneasy about taking us there. Maybe that's a fair tradeoff for the price.

I had a really good three-day stay at this automated hotel and didn't run into any problems. It was quiet and welcoming, and everything felt clean and new. The one drawback is that there's no hotel parking. I'd definitely stay here again.

The room, bathroom, bedding, and towels were all very clean, and I had no issues with the cleanliness or smell in my room. The location is good, and there's a small shared kitchen area with basic supplies, a fridge, and a microwave, plus a mini market with a few essentials. The shared area did have a strange smell, though. I'm not sure if it was coming from outside, but it was noticeable, so I couldn't give five stars.

The price is decent, and for just one night when you need somewhere to sleep, it's tolerable. My room and bathroom, towels, and blankets were clean, but the room had no window. There was construction inside the hotel from 7 a.m. until 9 p.m., and music in the shared space started early and ran late enough to hear from the room. The shared kitchen has a fridge but no stove, and there's no breakfast. The area felt risky for walking around with a phone out. They were ready to help through WhatsApp. There's also an automated mini market in the common area.
