The building feels brand new, and the finish surprised me. It’s very well managed and the leisure facilities are excellent. The area seems to be gaining value: it’s close to Shopping Rio Mar and some excellent business centers, but it’s still in a neighborhood that’s developing. I was there to do an evaluation, and as a real estate professional I thought the price was disproportionate, even considering the building’s high quality.

It’s a high-end building with everything nearby. As a real estate agent, I’d say it’s one of the most sought-after places in Pina, and the one I sell and rent out most in the area.
