The apartments are modern and kept clean, so they work well for a longer stay. The building itself is attractive, with really good security and warm, helpful staff. And the location in Recife is excellent.

I left after the first night and had to book another hotel, but I still paid for six unused nights and got no refund. I can't recommend this place at all. My booking was for two, yet security wouldn't let my girlfriend into the apartment. They said only people who were there at the original check-in could enter. That condition hadn't been mentioned during booking or communicated in advance, and showing her ID didn't help. The landlord wouldn't work with me, and the service was a mess. Management kept me waiting for days about a cancellation, then nothing came of it. No understanding, no resolution. Completely unprofessional. Book somewhere else.

There's a rooftop with a pool and gourmet area, plus a workspace inside the condominium. The building has what you need for comfortable day-to-day living, and the concierge at the 25-hour front desk can help with whatever comes up. The location is excellent, close to the main schools in Boa Viagem. I also have a 30m² apartment for rent on the ninth floor, with exceptional ventilation. Come take a look, I think you'll like it.

The flat is small, but cozy, with a pleasant view and a wonderful shower. The building is beautiful and brand new, and has a free laundry room, pool, and gym. We had an excellent stay, and everyone on the building team was friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend it.
