The staff are very attentive, especially the manager. I have just one reservation: the electrical wiring in my room needed a few small repairs. Aside from that, I have no complaints, and I'd like to come back when I can. Getting there by bus may be a bit of a struggle at first, though you get used to it. From downtown Petrópolis I took bus 700, then transferred to 703 inside Terminal de Itaipava to avoid taking a taxi.

The view is wonderful, and the location is special, with easy access. The suites are excellent, with air conditioning and a TV, and there's a great pool, games room, and lawn with a volleyball net. Breakfast was spectacular, and the service was first-rate. They were flexible about breakfast hours too. This pousada is fantastic. I already want to return!

The pool water was green and looked like it might not have been treated. Hot water in the shower wasn't working, and neither was the Wi-Fi. The TV picture was awful and full of static. The breakfast room was so noisy that guests couldn't sleep in during the morning.

The weather is great, the place is good, and the service was good. Breakfast is simple but really tasty. The beds could be more comfortable, though. Pay attention to where it is: one access road has a very steep climb, but there's another entrance.

I had a terrible experience. I made a reservation but couldn't make the trip, so I canceled a month in advance and still didn't get my deposit back. Even after I went to Procon, they didn't pay me. It felt like they had stolen my money! A friend of mine stayed there and hated it too.
