We loved our stay and felt at home. The chalet is cozy, with a lovely garden around it, a very comfortable bed, smart TV, air conditioning and a great whirlpool tub. The bathroom was fine, though the gas shower took a little patience to get the water temperature right. The welcome was good, the staff member who cleaned and prepared the chalet was great, and everything was spotless. A couple of things could be better. A small kitchenette would help, even just a sink for washing cutlery, since we used plates and cutlery from breakfast and had to wash them in the bathroom at night. Breakfast also felt a bit limited for the price. There were four kinds of bread, but only one slice each of cheese and ham and three small cheese breads. A few more options could make a difference.

The owner was very attentive, and the stay was a really pleasant one. The new Estrela chalet had everything working well, with heating from the air conditioner and a charming fireplace. The whirlpool was great, the bathroom was lovely, and the high-pressure shower and tap both had hot and cold mixing. The hair dryer was there too, and the linens were clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast was delivered to the chalet with a satisfying variety. The flat parking area right in front or beside the chalet makes access easier for anyone with mobility difficulties. It's about 200 meters from the center.

The location, access, comfort and beauty of the place are all excellent, but what really sets it apart is the owners' service. The couple put so much love and care into their work, and you can feel it in the way they welcome and look after guests. We'll definitely return and recommend it to our friends. It's a themed place for couples.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon in the upper chalet, and the days there were wonderful. We were happy with what the inn offered from our very first contact. Many thanks to Sr. Anercino and his wife for being so kind and making sure we had comfort and peace. We'll surely be back before long.

Everything was wonderful during my stay from January 12 to 14, from arrival through departure. The hosts treated their guests excellently. I highly recommend the place.
