I called someone whose arrogance put me off so much that I turned up at the door and decided to leave. I saw the 3.3 rating and this review and changed my mind. I also heard the owner has 18 properties. With that kind of attitude, it's ridiculous to see this flat listed on well-known sites. Don't send a Pix and then expect to get the code later. If someone responsible is supposed to be there, as the owner says, don't do it.

Stay away from this place. There was a musty smell on the walls and the double bed smelled like urine. The bathroom was so cramped I had to walk sideways, and the shower enclosure was plastic. The dishes were left on the floor and the coffee maker was improvised. We were misled by booking.

One word sums it up: awful. There was mold on nearly every wall, and the room smelled like sewage when I walked in. The TV was there but didn't work, there was no air conditioning, and the fridge had a half-full bottle of mineral water that had already been opened. Unbelievable. The place is unsanitary. Where is the health inspection?

Such a disappointment. This wasn't a flat at all, just a dirty kitchenette with a musty smell, a sofa covered in stains, and a bathroom that was filthy and full of mildew. After we had paid, we found out there were Pousadas for the same price that included breakfast. I didn't want to touch anything, including the taps. The frustration nearly spoiled our trip. I don't recommend it.

Terrible experience. I paid by card, but when I got there the owner would only let me in if I sent a Pix from outside, standing in the rain. He wouldn't even let me in to make the payment. I'm elderly and disabled and use crutches to get around, and I was disrespected in every way. The owner also called me a brat and a deadbeat. I don't recommend this place.
