The place was clean throughout, quiet, and peaceful, and the breakfast was very good. I had an excellent stay, with great service from Jennifer and the woman in the kitchen, whose name I didn't catch.

The service was great, and it had the best price in the south part of the area. The hotel is well located, close to Iguatemi and Ribeirão Shopping, Agrishow, Parque das Artes, and Mercadão.

I stayed just one night in room 14e, and it was awful. The bathroom door had no lock and scraped the floor. The shower door was heavy and noisy, the sink was coming loose, and the tap handle was loose too. There was only one small trash bin in the room.

I was there for work, and the hotel was good value for money. The rooms are all simple, and breakfast is basic, but it covered what we needed: a good bed, an okay shower, strong air conditioning, and the kind of breakfast we usually have at home. It's well located if you're driving, with free parking next door. Andrea deserves a mention for sorting everything out with helpful tips and lots of charm.

I stayed for one night, and the excellent service from reception and all the staff made a real difference to our stay. The location is great too, and the price is good for what you get. I recommend it.
