The breakfast had plenty of choices and the service was fine. Our room was large and quite good, without any major issues, though it needed more lamps. The shower was good, but getting the water flow and temperature right was difficult. The location is convenient, close to downtown.
For parking, I left my car in the space in front of the hotel instead of using their internal lot. That was fine, and people also seemed to park on the street without major problems. The mattress had a worn spot with a dip in it, which was my one complaint. Otherwise, everything worked well, and it’s a handy, good value option right in the city center.
The gym and decent breakfast were a plus, especially since a gym isn’t always easy to find in smaller towns. Ribeirão Preto is right there from this central location, and the rooms are spacious.
The staff were really polite, and the rooms were clean and kept in order. There’s also a small pool and a nice gym. Very good hotel, I’d recommend it.
The hotel seems quite new, and both the breakfast and location were good. A pretty good stay.
