The setting is beautiful, with a breathtaking view and a real sense of calm. In the late afternoon, the sounds of nature are so peaceful, and our room was cozy and very well looked after. A highlight was Sunday's lunch, which was delicious, with a cover artist adding to the pleasant atmosphere. The service was excellent, and everyone was friendly, especially the owner, who we enjoyed talking with. We were especially happy that the hotel is fully pet friendly, so we could bring our dog. We were surprised by how much we enjoyed our stay, and we'll definitely come back for more family weekends!

The place needs to improve by 99% before it can be good. I respect the people who gave it five stars a month ago and said they had a wonderful experience, but I don't think they have any real experience staying at a resort or inn. The place is abandoned, everything is neglected. The restaurant isn't operating, and the area at the back that used to be a gym has been left to go to ruin. Breakfast costs R$25, comes from somewhere else, and is pretty weak. So much needs to change before this place is any good.
