We've stayed at Mont Blanc several times and still enjoy it. It's a nice hotel, but it's getting old. The rooms remain comfortable, though they're aging. In our apartment the bathroom sink drain wasn't working well, and the TV and air conditioning in my sister's room didn't work. Rooms really should be checked properly before guests arrive. Reception staff seemed a bit inattentive even though they weren't very busy. I still recommend the hotel for a nice stay, but for the first time I'm considering staying somewhere else on our next trip to Ribeirão Preto.

The team at MOnt Blanc provides great service, but the internet in the rooms doesn't work well. It made working and joining conference calls very difficult. With those internet problems, I'm not sure we'll stay here again.

The staff speak English, and the hotel is fine. There's not much within walking distance, so you'll need to drive or use Uber to get around.

The rooms are comfortable, the service is great, and breakfast is excellent. I didn't like having to leave all my credit card details, though. I'd already paid at check-in, but they still wanted to write down all the card information.

The rooms are great, and it's a very comfortable place to stay. But the reception workers came across as cocky and arrogant, and could be friendlier. Prices have gone up since my last visit, this past weekend it was 380,00 Reais a night. They've also removed some room amenities to save money, so there's less comfort for a higher price. Terrible!
