Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of different choices. We also had room service, and there’s a well-equipped gym, a rooftop restaurant, and another restaurant in the lobby. The staff were polite and incredibly helpful the whole time. Our flight wasn't until the evening, so after checkout we asked if we could wait by the pool. They kindly let us, which we really appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.

I've stayed here several times and it never disappoints: a great building, good food, and great service. Mateus made our time especially memorable by always going above and beyond. I'm glad I picked this hotel for my family, who came from abroad for our wedding. It was a great experience.

The staff were friendly, and I really enjoyed staying here. I absolutely loved the hotel. The weather wasn't good enough for a swim, unfortunately, but I'll try again next time.

The internet was unreliable. Some days it didn't work in the room at all, so we had to go to the lobby to work, which matters when you're traveling for work. I also had to switch rooms once because the AC was too noisy. The rooms themselves are very nice, though some have a better view than others. Breakfast was good, just not fantastic. In general, it was okay, but not perfect.

The room was very comfortable, and the hotel has modern facilities and an amazing breakfast. It's the best hotel in Ribeirão Preto overall. The cleaning let it down, though. My room wasn't properly cleaned at check-in, and I had to call a few times to remind the staff to clean the floors and bathroom.
