We were charged 80 reales for eating melons from the breakfast fruit table. The sign only said not to take them back to our room. When I disputed the charge, reception said they couldn’t change it and there was no manager there.

The beds were firm and comfortable, and breakfast was OK, but you can hear the TV next door. The rooms don’t have proper windows, just a blacked-out opening facing an inner wall. The pool was dirty, with no filter system (!!), lots of chemicals, and dead insects and human hair in the water. When I complained, I was told it’s only cleaned once a week. They said they’d clean it, but the next day the water still looked cloudy and milky. Staff seemed offended when I asked about cleaning it. Far too expensive for what you get.
