Glaucia was always attentive and ready to help, and my husband and I loved our stay. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and they prepared a lovely decoration and a platter of cold cuts that we really enjoyed. Breakfast and lunch were excellent. We left happy and are already getting ready to come back. Grateful for everything! ♥️ Eslayne.

I booked for Friday, then checked the location and realized it wasn't in Paraty, where I wanted to go. I found it through Trivago, so I don't know why this place came up as an option. I explained to the person who handled my booking that the trip from my home would take 9 hours and asked for a refund. They won't resolve it in a legal way, even though I believe I'm within my consumer rights, and that refusing a refund is illegal.

The suite had a gorgeous sea view and everything was so organized. We found the quiet, comfortable place we needed for a family trip, and Dona Glauci and her team gave us a wonderful welcome. They were especially kind to our children and gave us a lot of support. We loved it all and will be back. Wishing you lots of success in 2024!

There wasn't a mirror in the room or bathroom. I went to comb my hair in the next room, which was empty, and the owner Gláucia wanted to charge me for an extra bed. She told an employee that if I wanted a mirror, I could use the one downstairs in the living room. She also treated the employees very badly. The bathroom sink and shower drains were clogged, and the breakfast she said was available was just a ham and cheese sandwich and coffee with milk. Gláucia was awful and had no warmth. That may be why the place was the only one sitting empty. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
