We had a wonderful time here, and our hosts were so kind. The place didn't feel dangerous at all. If we come back to Rio, we'll stay in the same home. I really recommend this Airbnb!

This isn't a hotel or an inn, it's the owners' home. Getting there is difficult because of all the steps, and the narrow spiral staircase up to the room is a challenge too. The shower has very low water flow. The owners are friendly, and despite the ants and spider, since it's in the middle of the woods, it's clean.

The street is dangerous, with direct access to the top of the favela dos Tabajaras. It's a very dangerous place to go.
