The service was awful, I do not recommend it. There’s just one employee doing everything, and she even complains about opening the gate for guests. There’s a sign right at the entrance saying service is available 24 hours, but that’s simply not true. Cleaning was supposed to happen every other day, but it didn’t. The kitchen was filthy and smelled bad, and there was a lot of trash and debris piled up in the yard and hallways. Wi-Fi only worked at the front of the hostel or in the corridors, not in the rooms. Breakfast was the same every day: one bread roll, which you weren’t allowed to have more than once, coffee, and cashew juice. For the price we paid, the service should have been better.

The service was excellent, and the quality of the place is hard to beat. I’ve traveled a lot, but this has become one of my favorite spots.

The owners didn’t seem to have the business very well organized, which led to some pretty unnecessary inconveniences.

The owner’s warmth makes the place a special attraction in its own right, as well as somewhere I’d happily recommend. Highly recommend!
