Santa Teresa has an artsy, bohemian feel, and I really enjoyed staying there. Uber drivers don't seem to love the hills and cobblestones, though. The house is beautiful, the hosts are very welcoming and speak English, and breakfast was a real pleasure.

I miss this beautiful place so much. Maria Teresa welcomed me into her home, and everyone was so nice. The cats are gorgeous too. I can't wait to come back. -Lula

We spent a week there in early August, and Americans might think of it as a great B&B. The food was great, and the setting was quiet while still close to "downtown" Santa Theresa. I loved relaxing on the veranda, looking at Cristo Redentor and watching the birds. There are lots of great places within walking distance, or you can take the bonde down to Centro. You'll enjoy staying here.
