The location is great and the staff are nice. The facilities need some work, though, especially the elevators. There's always a long wait.

A convenient aparthotel in the middle of Leblon, just 200m from the beach. The 60m2 apartments have self-catering facilities and work for short or long stays. Good value for money, and it felt like a home away from home.
