This residential condominium is on Francisco de Paula Street, also known as canal street. It has a good setup and a family-friendly feel. It's not part of "Villas da Barra," though, and some of the asking prices for units are far above what they're really worth.
My wife and I went to a birthday party here on Sunday (30/07) and liked the venue. There are two event halls: a large, spacious, open barbecue area, and another big, clean, nicely decorated room with air conditioning and space for music. The bathrooms were very clean even while a party was going on. Congratulations to the condominium management.
We moved in August 2020 and are loving it. The nearby conveniences are great, and the beach is 15 minutes away; there are also several places to walk. Before moving, we bought a unit and waited for the paperwork to go through, full of excitement. We're grateful to God for the opportunity, God is faithful. It's a very good condominium, with excellent leisure facilities and a great location near the BRT and Mundial and Hortifruti supermarkets.
It's a small condominium with just two blocks, which I think is a real plus. The only issue is the river out front, which is sadly completely polluted. You can even spot an alligator in that polluted water. Such a shame it's so contaminated.
Everything is very well maintained, and I chose this condominium as a home for my family. There are all kinds of fitness activities, like Zumba and water aerobics. The cinema room is perfect and kept in great shape. 😍
