Copacabana Apartment

The apartment’s setup was poor. The old stove burners were in terrible shape, and the bed was uncomfortable. I can’t recommend it. When we arrived, it was pouring, and there was no garage, so we had to find somewhere to park. The owner, NADEJE, showed no empathy and wanted us to settle up before helping us bring anything down. We went inside soaked. When I asked about parts of the rental, she was rude and impatient, sighing repeatedly as if she were doing us a favor. We’d taken a wrong exit and arrived a few minutes later than planned, but I’d told her we expected to arrive between 7 and 8 p.m. She said she’d been waiting all day, which wasn’t true, and showed no understanding. I’ve never felt so bad about booking a place to stay. Her treatment left me traumatized and shocked by how little consideration she showed. Zero.
