The water is calm, and the views toward Sugarloaf Mountain are gorgeous. This is one of Rio's most iconic spots, tucked beside a fishing area and a fort with an army base, which makes the beach feel relatively safer than other stretches. A must-see! 😀

There are plenty of restaurants nearby, including Gino’s, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The service felt five-star.
