The cleaning staff were excellent and professional, but the rest of our experience was awful. Reception was extremely rude, gave us just five minutes to leave the room or pay for another hour, and charged us twice for things we'd already paid for. The house rules also seemed homophobic: the receptionist said my girlfriend and I couldn't have a male friend over because two men weren't allowed in the same room, while two women were. For an expensive place, that was an awful experience. I plan to file a formal complaint with Rio's Sanitary Agency. The hotel looks modern and nice, but the hygiene was terrible. After the hydro tub had been running for a while, there was hair and what looked like human dirt in it.

A cool place in Rio to spend time with your lover. It's well located, very clean, and has a nice bed and pillows. Room service was lovely, with delicious food options, especially the pizza. One of the best motel deals in town.

I've tried every room, from the simplest to the most expensive, and they're all superb. You can order breakfast anytime. Give it a try!

The basic room had plenty of space and was comfortable, though it looked pretty unattractive. Given the location and the hotel's age, it felt a little expensive. It's an older-style place, not a modern hotel.

The service was all right, and the room was clean and did the job. Still, for what you get, it costs a bit more than usual. A pretty average mid-range stay.
