Dr.Flavia Lins Domingues spent less than half an hour with me after I had already waited a long time. I left shocked by how poor the care felt. I came because my hematologist had recommended her, with abnormal bloodwork and several symptoms, including fatty liver. She questioned why the other doctor had ordered the tests and focused on saying my cholesterol and triglycerides were very high, then told me to diet with a nutritionist and go to the gym. I tried to explain I'd already seen three nutritionists and exercised, but she wouldn't listen and kept pushing back whenever I spoke. She said a lot of strange things. I don't know where she studied medicine, and I won't return to this clinic.

The waiting room is comfortable, which helps when you spend so long there, and there is no parking on site. Even with appointments, I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes past my scheduled time. I also saw patients arrive late, including people with comorbidities or trouble getting around, and there was no flexibility or attempt to fit them in, so they lost their appointments. Dr Daniel Campos, the oral and maxillofacial surgeon, was attentive and very good, though.

I was really pleased with everything. Fabíola at reception welcomed me so politely, and allergist Dr. Marlene gave wonderfully considerate care. Ten out of ten.

Dra. Melissa, the endocrinologist, and Juliana, the nutritionist, were lovely. They understood how difficult a time I was going through and showed real empathy. The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful too.
