Hostel by Hotel Galicia

Cockroaches in the kitchen, a urine smell throughout the room that was strongest by the bathroom, and feces left in the toilet greeted me when I arrived. The bed and sheets were dirty, with hair all over them, including what looked like pubic hair. I woke up with bites from bed bugs. I couldn't believe a guest would be given a room in that state. The elevator was just as bad. It smelled strongly of urine and kept getting stuck between floors. Guests were trapped and had to call for help, and firefighters even came at one point. With walls this thin, I could hear full conversations from neighboring rooms, so resting was impossible. There was no cleanliness, no proper maintenance, and no respect for guests. I strongly advise people to avoid this place at all costs. Zero out of ten.
