The hotel had a nice feel, and the shower worked well. The room itself was disappointing, with just one uncomfortable chair, and the A/C was unpredictable. The main problem was the internet. We could connect to the network, but never got online. We asked the staff to fix it, and it still didn’t work during our eight-night stay. If you need to stay connected, don’t book here.

Right across from Copacobana beach, with beach chairs and towels set aside for guests and staff looking after the area. Our sea-view room had a spectacular outlook. The staff were so polite and ready to help with anything. The interiors and rooms are sparkling clean and well maintained, with modern renovations. Stunning hotel, 10/10, no notes!

I was only out briefly, but when I came back I had to go through the whole check-in process again just to get to my room. I’ve never had that happen before, and it was frustrating and unnecessary. The staff’s poor communication and disorganization left me feeling like I didn’t belong, instead of being welcomed as a guest. For what I paid, I expected a smoother, more professional stay. This fell short of basic hospitality, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel based on how they handled it.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast always had a good variety, including local food. The hotel is just a stone’s throw from the beach. I was able to switch to a room facing the ocean, with stunning sunrise and sunset views.
