Rio’s views from the hotel were breathtaking, and getting to the main attractions was convenient. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and sauna. Breakfast was good, and the servers were too. Front desk service was slow, though, and we had some difficulty communicating because a few staff members didn’t speak English.

Being able to watch Shakira’s whole show from our oceanfront room on Copacabana Beach, with room service and privacy, made the Todo Mundo no Rio mega concert unforgettable. Just be sure to book an oceanfront room. We knew in advance that the bars and restaurants would close shortly after the show started, planned around it, and weren’t bothered by that. We’d stay here again if we came back to Rio for the same event. The hotel is in Leme, where the beach atmosphere felt much more relaxed and pleasant than the busier parts of Copacabana a short walk away. A wonderful stay, and I’d happily recommend the hotel.

The pool views are amazing and were easily one of my favorite parts of the stay. The location is also a big strength, putting you conveniently where you want to be in Rio. The hotel feels safe and well-managed. Still, I didn’t get a true five-star feel. There are visible signs of age around the property, and some areas need updating. The spa was underwhelming and could be better. Breakfast was good, but there are better places nearby worth trying. A solid choice for the location and views, though the amenities and general finish could use work.

The room was perfect and the location was amazing. Everyone was helpful, and Marcos at the front desk was especially kind and compassionate. He helped me deal with schedule changes caused by weather back home. Management, please recognize him. I honestly can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.
