My stay was awful overall. I lived at this lodging when I was 18, and came back 19 years later. The front and reception have been renovated, but the rooms haven't. There was a cigarette butt in the toilet, toilet paper was never available, and they neither changed nor offered bed linen. The price is low, but the place has plenty of problems, as you can see from the floor. There used to be a man named Ronaldo managing it. Now the business seems to be left adrift. A landlord used to live there almost permanently; now it feels like a haunted mausoleum with strange people staying there. Read the reviews below. I tried to cancel the 15 days I'd paid for in advance, but they refused. Think very carefully before paying for even one extra night here.

A calm place to stay with easy access, close to the VLT station at Praça Tiradentes. The service was quick, safe, and efficient.
