6/10
The setting is nice, and the hotel may have been beautiful when it was developed many years ago, but it hasn't been maintained well. The rooms need major upgrades. The insulation is poor, so we were very cold all night, and the bathroom fixtures and decor are old. My experience was average at best. Customer service was minimal and inflexible. I was told I might not be allowed to leave my luggage at reception if I arrived an hour before the 3:00pm check-in. At breakfast this morning, I had to clear the table before I could sit down, and some of the food was missing.
