I was drugged here, and management did nothing to help until I involved law enforcement. Apparently, this kind of activity is common at this place.

The service was good, and the location is great, but my room wasn't clean. Considering the room standard and the general housekeeping service, the prices could be MUCH better.

We stayed two nights and paid R$ 300,00 per night, across two different rooms. It was Carnival, there was nowhere else available, and the location was convenient, so we chose to stay here. Still, I found the conditions unacceptable, and both rooms had the same problems: no mini-fridge, air conditioning that wouldn't cool, a room and bathroom in very poor condition, a TV that didn't work, and an unpleasant smell. Even when you're tired, getting some rest is a challenge.
