The view from my 15th-floor room, facing the rock formation, was breathtaking. The room was very clean, and there was even a handwritten welcome note from the manager. Renata and her front desk team were professional and went out of their way to make the stay enjoyable. The service impressed me from booking through check-out. The hotel is also well placed for walking to several good restaurants and beach kiosks. Breakfast was pricey and could have been better, but I had a wonderful stay and would recommend the hotel. It took me a while to write this, but I wanted to share the experience.

At 2 a.m. a very loud noise woke us and kept going. The staff couldn't work out what it was, so they moved us to another room, where the window was bad and outside noise came through. The next day we wanted to switch hotels, but they charged us for the night and said we would have had to leave at 2 in the morning to avoid the charge.

The views and location are stunning, and our check-in went smoothly. Lohana was so sweet and accommodating. Five stars all around, we'd definitely recommend staying here!
