We stayed at your hostel for three nights, and most of the time there was no water. Whenever someone at reception was asked about it, the answer was that it would be back in three hours. It seemed not to bother them at all, even when that meant waiting until 2 a.m. For three days, guests couldn’t shower, brush their teeth, or flush the toilet. The water fountain in the hallway was always empty too. There were better ways to handle this. You could have given each guest a bottle of water for brushing their teeth and for flushing after using the toilet, or left bottles beside the toilets so people could flush. We hope the next guests have a better stay.
