Everyone working there was great, and I felt welcome and valued. At first there was a mix-up because someone else had been put in my bed, but it was sorted out easily. The room was a bit dirty, as others have said, though it seems they are improving the cleaning. It was full, so I can understand how it got messy.

I only needed a room for one night because of an emergency, and Nani, Alisson and Juana made me feel welcome despite my short stay. The bathroom was clean, I had fresh bed linen, and check-in and checkout were easy. I even made two friends on the trip. This place has a lot of heart.

The breakfast was the one part I liked. The shared room felt cramped and crowded, the air conditioner was very loud, and we had to make our own beds. The room price didn't seem to match the service.
