The pool let us down because the water was much too hot, and there was no way to adjust it. Staff came to try but couldn't make it even a little cooler. I called reception three times about the temperature, then asked if there could be a discount since I couldn't use the pool. The receptionist said no, and that I should have told him earlier. Anyway, I'm not going back.

It was awful and really dirty. The bed linen was dirty, the shower barely let any water through because of all the slime, and there was a moldy smell.
