Numad Infinity Blue Suite

There are a few nice restaurants just around the corner toward the beach. The beachfront location is the hotel's main advantage, though the beach is separated from it by the Main Street. Breakfast was quite good, but both Nespresso coffee machines were constantly out of order and the staff didn't seem to mind. The rooms are getting old and could use some care. I didn't use the gym or pool on the 12th floor, so I can't comment on them. All in all, it's a decent hotel.

The breakfast was elaborate and delicious, with breads, pastries, meats, fruit, cheeses, and a live egg station. From the rooftop, the small infinity pool offers a wonderful view and a nice place to relax. The room was spacious, with useful desk space, a balcony overlooking the beach, and basic amenities. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows felt a little too soft to me. Bathroom facilities were good and the water pressure was strong. It's in a safe, convenient beachfront spot, right opposite the beach, with restaurants nearby and a convenience store two minutes away on foot. Cleanliness could have been better: there was beach sand on the floor in several spots, and the carpet didn't feel very clean. The bathroom water also didn't drain properly, likely because the floor slopes the wrong way. Still, I had a pleasant, enjoyable stay.

We spent four nights with friends in a “Luxus” room with a partial sea view. The location is excellent, right across from the beach, and there are great places for dinner and coffee around the corner, with more within a 10-minute walk. Reception staff were very polite and accommodating. Breakfast was nice, with a good range of options and Nespresso coffee. The rooms are run-down and clearly need maintenance and renovation. There was a strong humid or moldy smell, and changing rooms only helped slightly. Cleanliness was disappointing: the pillows smelled unwashed, the carpet under the bed was old and dirty, the bathroom door had eroded from water damage, the shower overflowed, and the switches were grimy. They provided shower towels but only one hand towel each day, so we had to ask for more every day. The gym has only two treadmills and one cross trainer, while the 12th-floor bar has just two tables. At best, this feels like a 3-star hotel. It would be fairer to be more transparent about the rooms' current condition when booking.

I was very disappointed and don't think the hotel is worth what it costs. The carpets smelled, the showers and faucets were rusty, and so were the closet handles. There was mold around the bathroom sink. They provide beach chairs and umbrellas, but no beach towels. The breakfast area is nice, but there weren't enough employees to clean the tables. visor, who works at the front seat, is an angel and tried to accommodate us. Thanks a lot to victor for trying.
