It’s a quiet condominium with everything you need: a small on-site market, spaces for adults and teenagers, a kids’ playground, a pet area, a barbecue area, a gourmet space, a pool, a gym, three party rooms, and visitor parking. The one thing I’d like to see improved is the turnover from short-term rentals. I’ve got nothing against the guests, and many are better behaved than residents, but some aren’t. On top of being rude, they don’t respect the condominium rules.

We held a pizza delivery buffet here on 14/11/25, and it was a great setting for the event. We were welcomed warmly, starting right at the gate.

A peaceful place to live, with a lovely garden that’s kept in great shape. The condominium is very well organized, and the gym is excellent.

There’s plenty for families here: adult and kids’ pools, three party rooms, a sports court, game and TV rooms for adults and teens, a playroom for little ones, a gym with good equipment, a barbecue area, and a gourmet room. Parking for residents and visitors is outdoors and uncovered, and the entrance is staffed around the clock. It feels very pleasant and family-friendly.
