The rooftop was a highlight, with a pool, wide views over Copacabana, a relaxed feel, and a good-value bar menu. It was a perfect place for a sunset drink after exploring. Our side room was beautiful and comfortable, with a great view, and I didn’t feel I missed out by not having a full oceanfront room. Breakfast was superb, with a generous spread and quality produce. The staff were warm, capable, and keen to make things easy. Thiago at reception deserves a special mention for helping us arrange fantastic tours and giving us so much of his time. The hotel is right across from Copacabana Beach, with an easy walk to Ipanema. Brilliant location and genuine hospitality. I’d return in a heartbeat.

The staff made me feel safe and well cared for, and they were all willing to go out of their way to help us. Larissa was especially welcoming and gave exceptional breakfast service throughout our two weeks. The hotel is beautifully located and has stunning views. I’d absolutely recommend it.

Our room was fantastic, and the rooftop pool and bar were excellent. Breakfast was included and great every day. The hotel is right on the beach, with chairs and umbrellas available for guests there. The staff were helpful, friendly, and courteous. We had no problems at all.

The location is excellent, right across from Copacabana beach, and the reception is pleasant with friendly staff. The Wi-Fi worked very well. But the rooms and facilities are definitely old, and the cleaning needs attention, especially the windows, TV screens, and floors. The room also needs maintenance on the sink, shower, and door key. Breakfast is limited and the same every day. A coffee machine would let staff focus on clearing tables and replenishing food instead of serving coffee. Espresso isn’t included in the price, by the way. The restaurant and bar food is okay but could be better, and the wait is always very long. The restaurant and bar waiters don’t speak any foreign languages and aren’t friendly or willing to serve customers with a smile. Beach service is just an old, broken chain, an umbrella, and a small towel, though the staff there are nice and friendly. It definitely isn’t a four-star property and, apart from the location, isn’t worth the price.

Thiago at reception really stood out. He was kind, knew the area well, and gave us great ideas for restaurants, places to see, and things to do. He went out of his way to help, and we’re grateful. The whole team was friendly and professional, always ready with a smile, and we felt looked after from the start. The hotel is beautiful and very well cared for. Its location made it easy to get everywhere, while still feeling peaceful. It made our trip special, and we’d definitely stay again. Highly recommend it.
