Pousada Ilha Maravilha

The breakfast was simple, just coffee, a ham and cheese sandwich, mixed fruit, and orange juice, but it tasted good and filled me up. The inn is modest, though it has what you need: working Wi-Fi, a basic TV with the main streaming services, a tidy room, cold air conditioning, and clean sheets and towels. Everything is well cared for, and its rustic look fits the island. I also found Ilha da Gigóia cozy and well located, with what you need for a trip. It feels like a village, and I felt safe there because residents know one another and there's no land exit. Boats are always available for the crossing, even at quieter times. Thanks to the owner, Roberto, and the staff for a pleasant stay. I'd definitely come back. On my last trip to Rio I stayed in a larger hotel, and this inn holds up just as well as bigger places. Great spot.

It was a quiet hotel on the island. My room had air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a fridge, plus a small breakfast. There wasn't a terrace.

The room was very clean, and the service was excellent, practical, and straightforward. It was easy to reach the accommodation, close to the pier dos coqueiros, the island's main spots, and nearby islands. I had a very good stay and recommend it.

The room was cozy and clean, and getting there was easy. The location worked well too. I could hear my neighbor's whole conversation through the poor soundproofing, though. Breakfast was just a toasted ham and cheese sandwich with coffee, and the Wi-Fi was pretty bad. I'd come back if the price were under R$200,00.
