If you're going to Rio centro, this is a great place to stay. It's a 10 minute walk, and there's a McDonald's nearby. The doorbell is hidden, though, so keep that in mind if you don't have a data plan.

The staff were rude, with unfriendly looks that honestly made me a little scared. Breakfast was awful and repetitive. Water is very expensive, and there isn't even a water dispenser. I don't recommend it and won't be coming back.
