The rooms were decent and clean, but eating here wasn't great. The food came late, the meat was tough, and my burger was nearly burnt instead of cooked the way I asked. The location could be better, too. A word of advice, don't try walking around outside.

The restaurant service was good. They made the customized food I asked for without hesitation and with a smile. Chef Eduardo, waiters Claudio, Neumarque, Regina, and Nichole, and supervisors Daniel and Rita. 👏👏👏👌👌👌👍👍👍

The hotel is nice and the food is good, but there are some small problems in the rooms. The bedside reading lamps didn't work properly, shower doors leaked, and the air conditioning sometimes didn't work. Internet is poor in some rooms. The area is okay, though not the best, and there aren't really good views. You'll need a taxi to get anywhere.

At 2 a.m. I got a message saying my card had been declined, then my booking was cancelled at 9 a.m. It was awful. I don't think I'll book a room here again.

A very good hotel, with a clean, quiet room. If you work in downtown Rio, though, you should stay closer to downtown. For a job in Recreio or Barra, this is the best place.
