The condominium has good facilities and polite, helpful staff. Its location is convenient, right across from Barra beach, with a mall inside the complex and shops nearby. It's easy to reach the malls along Avenida das Américas, the main avenue. Like any condo, it has both good and bad points, but it's well worth living here.

I love living here and hope I never have to move. The view is lovely, and there's 24-hour security. The building has so many perks: a 24-hour mini market, laundry, restaurant, pool, sauna, party room, barbecue area, playroom, and its own van. The club has even more, including tennis and basketball courts, a games room, pool, sauna, restaurants, all kinds of sports, a gym, squash court, and barbecue area. The staff are super friendly too, especially the lovely reception team. It's the best place to live!
