The location is a real plus, with plenty of points of interest within walking distance and bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. The rain shower also made a great impression. Breakfast was reasonable for this kind of place, and the mattresses, bedding, towels, and cleanliness all felt in line with the nightly rate. The rooms seem to have been renovated recently, which is nice, but there were still paint marks on the floor and some furniture. More seriously, room 305 smelled strongly of paint, making it uncomfortable to stay in, especially for breathing. We asked to change rooms the next day. Noise was another problem. We were woken throughout our stay by arguments from a neighboring home, usually around midnight. The impressive collection of unprintable words might have been an odd side attraction, but it significantly affected our sleep. There was also construction in the condominium during our stay, with noise through the day and even less chance to rest. This place has good points, especially the location and some of the comforts, but freshly painted rooms need more care before they're put into use. It would also help to manage the impact of outside noise and construction where possible.

We booked through Booking.com and had our room cleaned every day. It was clean and nice, and Wi-Fi was unreliable. The place is part of the Real Palace Hotel, where guests can have breakfast and use the pool.
