The apartment's condition was poor throughout, and the owner, Rafael Nogueira ( Apartamento 301 A ), is a SCAMMER. The listing photos showed a different apartment in the same building, belonging to another owner. We arrived exhausted and found a different place that was badly maintained. It was dirty, with food scraps on the floor, smelled bad, and was covered in mold. The old bed was uncomfortable and full of holes. The air conditioner was visibly dirty, there were no basic supplies like toilet paper, and the old sheets and towels were worn out. There was no bath mat to dry our feet. We found only one used roll of toilet paper, and when we asked for more, we were told to contact the owner. The sofa bed was broken and disgustingly dirty. The curtains were completely moldy and dirty, triggering a severe allergy attack and making it impossible to stay until our scheduled departure. The floor was very dirty and damaged, the kitchen counter was moldy, and the bathroom had no holder for soap or shampoo. We tried to reach the owner to get the apartment changed from the moment we arrived, but he never replied. Building staff said this apartment often causes problems and that there had already been several cancellations. From the start, we looked for vacancies at other hotels, but everything was full. It was already the middle of the night and we had nowhere to go.
