We'd booked the previous night and got there at 6 a.m., but they wouldn't let us into a room, even though we understood checkout wasn't until noon. They left us out on the street.

The staff were kind, and breakfast was good. But the cheapest room had a mattress so uncomfortable it felt like there wasn't one, and the Wi-Fi wouldn't even work for basic browsing.

My wife and son really liked the hotel, and we found it reasonably priced. It was also pretty quiet at night. The breakfast and staff were both great, and we were close to Maracana Stadium, Tajuca Shopping Center, and nearby restaurants.

A really bad stay. The food tasted awful and seemed unhealthy and unhygienic. The staff didn't know how to look after guests, and it felt like all they cared about was getting money from customers.

For the price, it's a good deal, probably the best offer in d zone.
