The apartment matched the listing exactly. It’s in a great spot downtown, with restaurants, a supermarket, taxis, a bakery, and everything else close by.

So comfortable and cozy. I really recommend it as a great place to stay and spend time in Rio de Janeiro. It’s already my little spot in Rio.

There’s a bus stop right beside the apartment, with routes to the Zona Sul, and another stop for the Zona Norte. It’s also near the Sambódromo, Lapa, the metro, and Central do Brasil, with a supermarket offering lots of options nearby and a taxi stand right at the door. The accommodation was comfortable, and the person in charge was very attentive, answered all my questions, and gave me plenty of tips about places to visit. I had a great experience with the alma carioca turismo tour guide service too. I highly recommend staying here and plan to return for Carnival to enjoy the street parties and samba school parades.
