Copacabana is a good location, but this hostel is far too basic for what it costs. The rooms are small, the bathrooms tiny, and the old facilities are crammed into a tight space. There’s no kitchen.

It’s inexpensive and close to the beach, but sleeping was hard because most guests ignored the quiet hours that begin at 10pm. Staff didn’t keep an eye on things or enforce the rule, which matters for getting a good night’s sleep.

I’m already keen to come back and relax with the easygoing guests and open minded hosts. Best hostel I’ve seen. Thanks for everything, it was a fantastic trip.

My bank had to freeze my account after calling me about attempted online purchases with my credit card from this place. Don’t book this hostel.

Clean, bright, and very new. The beach is a ten minute walk away.
