We found cockroaches, and the apartment hadn't been cleaned, even though we paid almost 350 reais just in fees. They asked for a cash deposit; I sent it by Pix and they didn't object. When it was time to return it, they said it would take 7 days, but nothing said that. I told them in advance what time I'd leave. I was 30 minutes late, called and waited for a reply, and got none. They still haven't returned the money, and I'm leaving now without an answer or the refund. If it doesn't come through, I'll take the necessary steps. The apartment is on the 1st floor, not the 2nd. It's very noisy, with machines and hammering. The unit is right next to the staff room, and people come in day and night. It sounds like they're inside the apartment.
